Today you bid farewell to Cape Town and make your way inland to Swellendam for an overnight stop (2.5hrs). Swellendam is South Africa’s fifth oldest town where most of its charming buildings still maintain its Cape Dutch architecture of yesteryear. This quaint town is synonymous for its warm hospitality, fab local restaurants & largest youngberry growing area just outside Swellendam where Wildebraam Berry Estate offers liqueur tasting and cellar tours.

Spend 1 night in a 4* Boutique Guest House (bed & breakfast)

Known as ‘Bahia Formosa’ (beautiful bay) by early Portuguese explorers, the ‘Plett Feeling’ is a given when visiting Plettenberg Bay.
